Our Website
We use technologies, such as cookies and process personal data such as IP addresses to measure the website’s reach and performance of the content. Like many websites, Project X website uses cookies in order to provide you with a more personalised web service. The cookies we use are designed to help you get the most from our website but if you do not wish to receive cookies you can easily modify your web browser to refuse cookies, or to notify you when you receive a new cookie. Mailing Lists
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter for us. This provides statistics about email opening and clicks in order to help us monitor and improve how we stay in touch with you. For more information about MailChimp, please see their privacy notice. You can remove yourself from our mailing list at any point by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails, or by emailing our us
When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect a few pieces of personal information. This is to ensure that you receive the most relevant and useful emails, and so that we can contact you if we need any additional information. We do not sell, trade or share email lists with other organisations.
Audience Data
As well as collecting our own audience data, we also work with venues to gain a better insight into our audiences. This may involve collecting personal data such as your name, address, email, contact number, and may include special categories of personal data. This information will never be collected unless you have given specific permission. We will never share this information with any other company without your consent, unless it has been anonymised. Sharing data
We sometimes work in partnership with other organisations such as theatre companies and venues. They will be aware of bookings and contact details that are shared with us, but they cannot contact you unless you request to be added to their mailing lists as well, usually through feedback forms and newsletters. We will never pass on sensitive information or payment details.
Project X does not sell or rent user information to anyone.
